This ground up structural retrofit included the addition of 3rd floor rooftop terrace to an existing two story building, a three level feature staircase, all new MEP systems, a sprinkler service upgrade, new service kitchen, coordination & integration of numerous owner vendors, a decorative façade as well as a building envelope storefront, & a significant interior and exterior stone scope.
